Thiru Sivasubramanian

Thiru is a digital strategist and practitioner with over 27 years of international experience across Insurance, Telecom, and Financial Services. Within insurance specifically, he brings in expertise spanning Life, Annuities, P&C & Specialty lines of business.

He has successfully led multi-million-dollar digital transformations that delivered business growth, customer delight, and new operating models. Over the years, he has partnered with Sales & Marketing teams to establish brand presence, accelerate growth, and built strong partner ecosystems.

Most recently, Thiru has been driving innovation as Chief Product & Technology Officer at Innoveo, where he leads global product & engineering teams. His focus includes harnessing AI, cloud, and automation to modernize legacy systems, enable embedded insurance, and deliver scalable digital platforms for Tier 1 carriers worldwide. Prior to Innoveo, Thiru led the Global Insurance Practice for L&T Infotech (LTI), and before that, he built and led Solutions, Pre-Sales, and Digital Incubation at SE2 (now Zinnia), where he played a key role in transforming the Life & Annuity sector through innovation and product strategy.

Thiru lives in New Jersey with his wife (teacher & the family’s soul), daughter (junior in Vet School), son (sophomore in college). He loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, and reading. A lifelong fan of Star Wars, he firmly believes in Yoda’s wisdom: “Do or do not, there is no try.”
