Rob McGinnis
Chairman of the Board
Rob McGinnis is a Senior Executive Vice President and Portfolio Leader for Harris Computer where he is responsible for M&A and P&L teams that acquire, build, and grow vertical market software companies in Fintech, Insurtech and Healthcare.
With over 30 years’ experience in Software, Insurance, Healthcare and Financial Services. Over the course of his career, McGinnis has held various leadership roles across large enterprises, notably as President and CEO of Marsh’s U.S. Consumer Business, President and CEO of CNA Insurance’s Life and Group Operations, and COO for United Healthcare’s Small Business Group. He has also worked as an entrepreneur, building startup and early-stage technology organizations.
Previously, Rob served on the Boards of AmeriChoice before it’s sale to United Healthcare and AmeriLife before it’s sale to JC Flowers.
An ardent Badger, Rob serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of Wisconsin College of Letters and Science and an emeritus member of the Board of Advisors for the Business School.
