At Prudential Alnoor was responsible for developing and executing an integrated, long-term digital strategy for the Group. He is the founder of Pulse, the AI health super app, and led Prudential’s transformation into becoming the leading digital ecosystem platform across its Asian and African markets. Prior to Prudential, Alnoor worked at Northgate Capital, a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley, where he ran technology-focused funds. He has previously held CEO and EVP level roles at Misys PLC, Calypso Technologies, BT Group, Qwest Communications, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, and Swiss Bank Corporation. He is a seasoned high-tech executive and has led several large-scale digital transformations in Banking, Telecommunications, High-Tech, and Software companies. He is also the founder or co-founder of successful start-ups in ​the UK, USA, Kenya, and India. Alnoor has served as a non-executive member on the boards of NYSE, LSE, and other listed companies in the UK, USA, China, and India where he has gained significant experience in IPOs, M&A, and activist action.
