Key Account


Location: Europe / New York


  • As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain key client accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met for the assigned key accounts.

  • You will establish and leverage relationships with the existing accounts to generate sales through upselling and cross-selling and to identify opportunities to grow business with these accounts.

  • You will strive to aggressively grow the existing portfolio, and attain pre-set firm revenue targets

  • You will be the “Go To” person for the client and will work with internal departments like sales, marketing and support teams to ensure that client requirements are met

  • You will plan and present reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders


  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration or any other related field.

  • 10-12 years of overall account management experience with vast majority at an insurance carrier/broker preferred.

  • Experience in building relationships with senior-level executives and leveraging your relationship and domain understanding to convert client business needs into a project scope.

  • High level of enthusiasm and customer centric individual.

  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal form.

  • Previous experience with rating, underwriting, new business acquisition, or policy administration as it pertains to insurance will be an asset when engaging with customers

  • Ability to communicate confidently at the C-level and build meaningful internal and external relationships in both the technology and business organizations.
