Application Support Specialist

Location: Budapest


As Application Support Specialist you will learn about the companies no-code platform and see how it can be used as a software solution, you will have an insight on how different applications are being built and maintained.

As you become an expert of Innoveo Skye, you will be a key person in the day-to-day operations of a product company, gaining the experience in how issues are identified, resolved, and prevented on a platform level


  • Help to resolve incidents on live applications which have been delivered and handed over by the delivery projects.
  • Support delivery projects and partner deliveries with platform-related questions.
  • Improve internal artifacts regarding incident-preventing and enabling team-members resolving issues without external support.
  • Support platform-level support team with understanding incidents and removing project context by reproducing on a default configuration set.
  • Work with Solution Analysts and Architects on best practices and support team-member onboarding with platform trainings.


    • 0-3 years of working in IT industry
    • Previous Application support experience is plus
    • Deep IT understanding and the curiosity to understand what is “under the hood”
    • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Good at teamwork (incl. with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams) & Excellent communication skills in English
    • A get-things-done mindset and flexibility: as a rapidly growing organization, there are areas where the standard operating processes are work in progress (and you are expected to help creating them)
    • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
    • Basic understanding of GIT, branches, versioning, REST & SOAP API protocols is a plus
